AIPA Studio is deliberately proposal-first: intake and proposed task orders are separate from billable active work. Nothing enters execution until proposal acceptance and commercial conversion are recorded.

   Create a free account. Your portal profile tracks where you are in the lifecycle.

   Intake

   Submit an intake request describing the outcome you need. No execution starts here.

   Proposed task order

   We produce a versioned scope of works for review — internally first, then with you.

   Commercial conversion

   After you accept the proposal, we issue contract, subscription, and an active task order.

   Execution & delivery

   Delivery runs against the authorized active task order—milestones, artifacts, and delivery records keep the loop transparent and auditable.
